This study covers feasibility of setting up a food and beverage restaurant business that would aim at providing a very unique service to a highly specialized target clientele comprising diet-conscious or diabetic individuals.

The target audience is expected to be a large portion of today’s population. Therefore, the project entails to serve a large number of customers which would help ensure its success. The most successful business nowadays, it depends on critical ideas, excellent planning and expectation. Numerous restaurants and cafeterias serve the general public and the need to focus on a particular group of people that are diet conscious and diabetics becomes a priority.
